I hope everyone is doing well. Thank you so much to all the parents who have already signed up to volunteer for Meet 2, which is just around the corner on Monday, June 1.

So far, we have done a great job filling up 3/4 of our volunteer positions! Please, if you have not signed up to volunteer yet, know that we need you and your kids are counting on you! We just need a final push to fill our 33 remaining open jobs. The most critical openings are listed below:

Age Group Tent Parents (Must be background checked)

• 6 & Under Boys: Need 1 more tent parent
• 7 & 8 Boys: Need 1 more tent parent
• 11 & 12 Girls: Need 2 more tent parents
• (Please also check the portal for any other unfilled tent parent slots!)

Other Critical Openings

• Timers (2nd Half): 5 positions open
• Concession/Shark Shack (2nd Half): 1 position open
• Ribbons (2nd Half): 1 position open
• Clean-Up Crew: 16 positions open

Please remember that our volunteers are the absolute lifeline of a successful swim meet—we truly can't do it without you! Thank you so much for your continued support and cooperation.
