2024 Season Registration

Welcome to the Lake Olympia Tiger Sharks!  We're looking forward to a great 2024 swim season and we're glad your family will be a part of it!

The practice schedule has not been finalized yet. We will update the website with more information as it becomes available.

Registration fees are $170 for your 1st swimmer, and $140 for additional swimmers.  Your registration fee covers all coaching and instruction during practices and meets, league fees and a guaranteed t-shirt for your swimmer(s).

Large Families: If you're registering 3 or more swimmers and would like to inquire about breaking your fees into two payments, please contact the board at [email protected] BEFORE completing this registration form.

NEED HELP WITH REGISTRATION FEES? We want everyone to have a chance to swim with us regardless of financial situation. Confidential partial “swimmerships” are available on a case-by-case basis, contact the board at [email protected] for information.

REFUND POLICY: If you choose to withdraw your swimmer before our first practice, your fees will be refunded minus a $15 administrative fee per swimmer and the cost of any merchandise purchased at registration. If you notify us after the first practice but before Time Trials, your fees will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee per swimmer and the cost of merchandise purchased at registration. Any swimmer who can't or won't cross the pool unaided on the day of Time Trials will be removed from the team and a refund minus a $50 administrative fee per swimmer and the cost of merchandise purchased at registration. We are unable to offer any refunds after Time Trials, regardless of the swimmer's attendance or lack thereof at practices. If Time Trials are held over two days, the second day of Time Trials will be the deadline for refund requests.

Parent Contact Info: Please list all parents and guardians with complete contact information below. You may choose to exclude secondary contacts from team emails, but listing multiple parents/guardians allows our board members access to additional emergency contact information in case of illness or injury. Year-Round Cutoff

I understand the Southwest Houston Recreational Swim League (SHRSL) rule that states after April 30th of the current season SHRSL swimmers may not participate nor compete in a non-SHRSL practice(s) or competition unless held in conjunction with and during the 7-day clinic/camp instruction. This means that if you plan to have your child join our Tiger Shark team, and they are currently swimming in a year round program, they need to stop that program by April 30, unless that program is for a school grade. See by-laws on www.shrsl.org for entire rule.

New Team Members

A copy of each new team member's birth certificate must be presented to the team. These may be brought to practices. We don't require a certified copy, we just need to verify the swimmers' names and birth dates. I understand that my child will not be allowed to swim if his/her birth certificate is not on file by the Friday before the first meet.

Graduating Senior

We are proud of all of our swimmers, but we like to recognize our swimmers who are graduating and swimming their final season with the Tiger Sharks. If your swimmer is graduating this May, please let us know.

Meet Attendance

I understand that this is a competitive swim team, not a learn to swim program. Attendance at meets and practice is necessary for all participants. All swimmers must be able to compete in a minimum of 3 of the 5 meets each season.
