Dear Team,

Due to insufficient guaranteed participation by the teams within the league, we were unable to secure the Typhoon Texas outing as an exclusive event and for the price that was targeted per team member. Regrettably, the event planned for tonight is therefore cancelled. No other event on the team calendar is affected by this and we still look forward to a fun summer, despite today's cancellation.
